What has been Essi's greatest lesson in entrepreneurship?
"Those who ask don't stray from the path, and every chance is an opportunity (Matti Nykänen). Sticking strictly to your own ideas doesn't necessarily guarantee success, and sometimes failure creates opportunities when you approach things from a new perspective. Many people have good ideas but only a few can turn them into reality. It is rare for good ideas to happen in a vacuum, flourish without a team and sustain without paying customers."
