Yritystehdas’s 800 m2 facilities, completed in the spring of 2021, welcome everyone interested in startup entrepreneurship and Hautomo!
Yritystehdas’s Hautomo is located in the community-oriented and rapidly developing Kangas area of Jyväskylä. Our coworking space is designed to serve a wide range of user groups and is optimized for modern knowledge work and hybrid workstyles.
A wide range of startup entrepreneurs and experts based at Hautomo work in Yritystehdas’s facilities. Our fantastic spaces facilitate both spontaneous everyday encounters and successful meetings.
Hundreds of people from the local business community attend our events every year.
All of our meeting rooms are freely available to our Hautomo clients for client meetings, internal development meetings, and board meetings.
With a total of seven meeting rooms of various sizes, you’re sure to find the right space for any situation. Our meeting rooms are optimized for different energy levels and needs. They’re perfect for everything from active stand-up meetings to casual conversations on the couch or more formal meetings for larger groups.
All of our meeting rooms are equipped with technology that also enables remote and hybrid meetings. Each room features an external display, Apple TV, and a webcam with a microphone.
Rooms can be booked via the browser-based DeskMe reservation system as well as on screens located outside the meeting rooms.
The event space in our coworking area can accommodate events for up to 60 people. The space, which is normally used for shared work, can be reserved for private events through the DeskMe reservation system. The semi-open space is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and electric desks.
The space can be easily reconfigured by moving furniture around and adding extra chairs. Additionally, the space can be divided into smaller sections using acoustic curtains.
The space is equipped with a large projection screen, a high-quality video projector, a separate JBL speaker system, and a digital whiteboard. Visitors to our facilities have access to comprehensive, wireless Wi-Fi.
The Yritystehdas facility has 11 separate, lockable office rooms that are available for rent by companies participating in the Hautomo incubation program at a separate rate.
Our facilities feature a 1000/1000 M Ethernet local area network (LAN) and wireless network (WLAN). The connection is divided into internal and guest access.
The rooms are fully furnished with electric desks and chairs for teams of 2–4 people. Rent starts at 285 € + VAT per month.

Holistic Well-Being
Yritystehdas’s incubator training is strongly rooted in the well-being of entrepreneurs, a culture that supports growth, and a high-performing team. That’s why social well-being and physical activity also play a significant role at Yritystehdas’s facilities.
The layout of the space, active chairs and balls, exercise bikes, and adjustable standing desks all encourage physical activity throughout the workday. Everyone also has free access to a separate wellness corner, complete with parallel bars, rings, and a variety of exercise equipment.

You'll become part of a community and networks
At our facilities and events, you’ll meet people from the startup scene every day— from other incubator teams to other growth entrepreneurship experts, serial entrepreneurs, and investors, for example.
Everyday encounters and spontaneous coffee breaks among colleagues are the best part of a collaborative workspace. During these conversations, we share insights and get tips, but we also laugh and unwind with our coworkers.
