Making successes visible - building impact together
We collect success stories to support your growth, make your successes visible and demonstrate the impact of the incubator with facts and stories.
Why do we measure effectiveness?
We measure impact to demonstrate the real value that Hautomo brings to entrepreneurs, businesses and the ecosystem, while making your work and growth more visible to the wider community.
Let's make your growth visible to a wider audience through Hautomo.
To bring examples, lessons and experiences of growth to others.
After thekick-off of the incubator, we hope that you will fill in theCUSTOMER CHARACTER form at , which we will use to make you:
- a welcome message on our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- an introduction of your company on our website.
- a presentation of your company on the lobby display.
We will also take an updated team photo of you, if required, which you can also use yourself for free.
These posts:
- Open your story to the public
- Help you to network
- Tell you about the important themes you bring to the incubator community
Aim: to build interest and awareness from the start
During your business journey, we will highlight your major milestones, such as:
- Success of the funding round
- A new product launch
- A major customer acquisition or award
- First steps towards scaling up or going international
We will publish these in amedia release and create mini stories for our website, which we will design together with you. You can contact us yourself and we will regularly ask you for updates via a short message to let you know about your successes.
Goal: To highlight concrete progress made by our clients. At the same time, we work together to build impact that benefits both your business and the incubator community as a whole.
We aim to highlight as many stories as possible, but we cannot promise to publish every story.
Towards the end of the coaching, we will select 4-6 companies each year whose growth story will be published in blog format on our website, and we will also share the blog in the form of publications on our social media channels.
The selection criteria include:
- Generally at least one year in the incubator.
- Significant progress (e.g. funding, team growth, new market).
- A story of exemplary value to other entrepreneurs and the impact of Hautomo.
Objective: to summarise the client's story, highlight interesting growth themes, and also pay tribute to the growth journey undertaken.
With some clients we work in deeper visibility partnerships:
Media partnerships: we can work together on paid articles in the trade press or other targeted visibility. This is a significant investment for us and we do it thoughtfully with clients whose growth story will also benefit Hautomo's impact communications.
Advertising partnerships: we can highlight clients' growth stories and faces as references in promotional materials such as banners, brochures or campaigns that highlight Hautomo's impact and client success.
Scope: these are done selectively, jointly designed and with the client's consent. The aim is to provide mutual visibility and value.
Objective: to strengthen the joint brand of the client and Hautomo and provide greater visibility at the right time.
During the incubator trip, companies commit to answering a Growth Survey once a year to monitor your growth and development during and after the incubator.
The Growth Survey will also be used to measure the effectiveness of the Incubator process and to continuously improve the coaching programme.
